Greek Language posts no restored

I backed up two sites using Akeeba. And after restore noticed all the Greek articles at just showing ???????.

So I googled and found out I had to select Force UTF8 during restoration.

I deleted the DB and restored again, but still they are not displaying.

Did I do the backup wrong? or the restore.?
