I’m testing the plugin on a WP site with just 10 posts.

I press the “start static site export” and a few seconds later, I get a Green Check, but in the log, these are the last 3 lines:

2018-06-27 08:05:39 STARTING EXPORT: PHP MAX EXECUTION TIME 0
    2018-06-27 08:05:39 STARTING EXPORT: PHP VERSION 7.2.5
    2018-06-27 08:05:39 STARTING EXPORT

Then nothing. Is it working? I can’t find a zip file on the file system.

    Hi @coffeehero,

Thanks for using the plugin, sorry to hear of the issue encountered.

Here are a few steps to try and diagnose/remedy this:

    – try to access yourdomain.com/wp-content/uploads/WP-STATIC-EXPORT-LOG in your browser and see if any more information is included, including the path to the zip file
    – ensure that the 2 checkboxes “create zip” and “retain zip” are checked before exporting again
    – check your PHP error logs for any clues as to what’s going on

If you need help finding your logs or interpreting them, please let me know.

I’m committed to getting this sorted for you.

Also, which version of the plugin are you using? Did you download from within your WP Dashboard?

    Cheers,

    Leon

Coffeehero, this was fixed in the last release. Please upgrade to 4.0 and let me know if any issues persist.

    Cheers,

    Leon
