grey background with flash

I have a new installation v3.3.2 at residentialrag.com and am getting a dark grey screen when trying to upload an image or preview a new theme. This issue is unaffected by firefox or chrome or ie. Have scoured forums for solutions and no suggestions have an affect. Have no plugins installed, cleared cache, rebooted. Same situation at prariemodern.com but no problems with earlier installations of same version at other domains. Also the log in screen for these two domains does not have the typical wordpress login square.
