Grey Banner background Problem

JPG files cannot have transparent backgrounds. Try uploading a transparent .png file.

That Mario header image is transparent. Are you perhaps trying to view it using an older version of IE?

im using the newest version of chrome, and no matter what banner i put up, that grey background appears

Well,I can assure you that the image is transparent and looks fine in Firefox 24. Have you tried using another browser?

yeah tried chrome, IE and firefox
