    Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the issue you have experienced. After reviewing the screenshot provided, it appears that the issue you are encountering may be due to a theme conflict. To address this issue, please ensure that you have enabled the ‘Override theme’s template’ option in the plugin’s general settings and verify if the issue persists.

    If the issue persists even after enabling this option, kindly switch the theme to any of the default WooCommerce themes like Storefront and check if the issue continues.

    Additionally, please provide us with the WooCommerce System Status report. You can access this report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report. This will provide details about your site environment and help us further investigate the issue.

    Once we have this information, we will be better equipped to assist you.
