    Hi there,

    Look, your plugin is really good. Nevertheless I have one problem. There is a grey bar on every map. Look at the picture below please. Do you have any idea of what the problem might be and how to fix it? Thanks in advance. Cheers.

    Hi Guillaume,

    This kind of problem is almost always caused by the theme or another plugin interfering with the map. You can check by following the steps under ‘Map doesn’t display’:

    Hi Chris and thanks a lot for your answer. I finally found that WPBakery is is causing this trouble. The thing is all my website is built with this plugin. So I don’t know how to solve this issue. If you have any idea, it would be really kind. Thanks!

    Sorry, but I can’t see the problem from a screenshot. You can try enabling iframe display in the MapPress settings, which may fix it. Or use the contact link to provide a URL>
