Grey Box behind all text

For some reason I’m getting this grey box behind all of the text. Even when I’ve tried changing the theme of the forms, no matter what, I’m left with an annoying and tacky looking grey box behind all of the text fields. it just makes it look real cheap and tacky. and to make matters worse, I actually paid for the pro version. I really hope that there is a way to fix this.
