Grey Box In Place Of Video

    I refer to my site blog page https://www.housecleaning-edinburgh.co.uk/testimonials-and-news/.

    I have added a youtube video to my latest blog article using the embed code
    <iframe width="640" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/G4txZXo14hE?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    Clicking through to the individual post the video looks fine. However on the blog page there is just a grey box where I had hoped an image of the video would be.

    I have tried both a standard and video post format with no difference.

    I would be grateful for any help.
