    Hi Guys I’m having trouble with your plugin. Only mobile view at the moment the Instagram feed is showing as grey boxes and some desktop viewers. Would you have a solution for this? I have your plugin installed on other sites and I am not having any problems with it. Would it have anything to do with the hosting? The current free version is 6.2.8

    Hi @joanneoc,

    Thank you for contacting us! I checked the Instagram feed on https://lauramacsweeny.com and it appears the problem is that the CSS file for the Instagram feed is not being loaded. This is often related to issues with optimization plugins, so a good way to test this would be to temporarily disable LiteSpeed or any other plugins that optimize your site’s CSS files. If it works like this, you can go to the settings for any optimization plugins and add an exclusion for this file so it is not optimized or combined with other files: sbi-styles.min.css

    Usually these types of optimizations are disabled while you are logged in as an administrator, so this may be why you are seeing it work in some places and not others.
