Grey lines across images after upload

Hi,

I keep getting random grey lines when i upload images via the gallery on a post.
e.g https://www.blipnews.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/Edition38_46error.jpg

It doesnt happen on every image though and if i delete the image and the re upload it sometimes goes away.

Any thoughts as to why this happens?
