Grey overlay when clicking on page

So, I migrated my site to https:, installed the Bridge theme and removed WooCommerce for the time being, but it has left me with a peculiar problem I can’t seem to hunt down.

Whenever I click on anything but a link, a grey overlay appears on the page, and I have to reload in order to proceed.

Any thoughts?
