Grey Screen?!

I THINK it’s version 3.9. I can’t look, because when I login to my site on wordpress, and click on anything on the left, like store, it responds once and from then on, every time I click on anything, the screen turns a transparent grey and becomes non-responsive. When I click while it’s grey, it turns back to normal but turns grey again when I click anywhere on the screen. It won’t even let me log out, much less EDIT MY STORE(!) like I NEED to ASAP!! I NEED HELP to know what is going on.
