    After saving the details on the payment gateway page, when I refresh the page, the payment gateway option is deselected and hence does not appear on the configure plan and signup page.

    Hello,
    I understood your concern and this type of issue may happen if you try to enable a payment gateway in which currency is not supported by Payment Gateway. Therefore payment gateway may not activate.

    For this, ARMember does provide a list of not supported currency payment gateway at ARMember -> General Settings page below the currency selection you can see a list of payment gateway not supported.

    Please check accordingly and let me know how it goes.

    My currency is Kenya Shilling and I have the M-Pesa API gateway configured which uses the Kenya Shilling. Does this mean ARMember plugin is incompatible with using Kenya Shilling?

    Hello,

    ARMember does provide a selection for KES (KSH) currency from the currency dropdown ARMember -> General Settings but you need to allow it from a custom payment gateway.
