Greyzed Theme RSS & Email link help please!

I’m using the Greyzed theme, my site is:

I didn’t have anything in my header because a while ago I removed the link code. Now out of knowhere it says “or email” in my header! Where did this come from! I can’t figure out how to get rid of it, I also can’t remember where the code is.
Please Help!
