Thanks. But I have tried all those options for the thumbnails, including ‘large’, and even so it is still cutting above and on the bottom.

For example: now I have changed to ‘large’, as you said, but it did not work: https://www.grupod20.com.br/#equipe.

Any other alternative?

please add following CSS to custom CSS box,

	height: auto !important;
}
