Grid Layout is not working & preloader

When selecting the grid layout in the plugin general settings it is reverting back to the Carousel layout. Not allowing me to use grid layout.

Also there is some kind of preloader that loads that loads, I see a icon of loading when the page loads. How do I disable it? Because of this, it takes time to show the carousel, which I don’t like. I want to load it with the page.

Are both of the feature are available in the pro version?
