Grid Layout + Load More Stacking Issues

    Hello, I am using the “Grid” layout. I have 6 reviews displayed and “show 3” with read more. When I hit read more the reviews stack vertically instead of left to right.

    This layout oddity is strange. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Also, does this application connect with Klaviyo? We have custom email templates for our “request a review” and specific branding. Do the CUSREV templates have customizability and integration options?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    This issue has been fixed a long time ago, not sure why this happens on your site. Please try to update CusRev to the latest version, clear cache, deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress then recheck this issue.

    Also, please share your site URL, I will check this on my end.

    Hi CusRev, everything is 100% up to date, but the layout is still displaying incorrectly. We upgraded our plugin to the Pro version. Let me know if it’s possible to have someone take a look at this.
