I can’t see all of my 110 stores in the grid view. The map and all stores have the same categories, all radius-settings are set to maximum , no PHP-errors….it’s just like there’s a limit at 30-40 stores at the same time.

    Hi Mirza!

Thanks for the quick reply but that didn’t work so far. I tried several numbers to make sure that there isn’t any limit. Now it’s set to 99999 . My stores are placed on all continents, so I need definitely a high number.

    Hi @hardyzbest,

There could be multiple reasons for all stores not showing up on the map.

    1) The store is outside the radius being scanned. If the default radius is 50km the map will search for stores within 50km of your landing address on page load.

    2) Categories are not being properly assigned. This is a multi-store locator, which means you can add multiple maps. The plugin uses categories to determine which store belongs to which map. So in order for a store to show up on the map, it should have the same category as the map.

    3) Longitude and Latitude not properly saved. Sometimes due to a typo in the address, the geolocation service couldn’t determine the longitude and latitude and the wrong longitude and latitude get saved in store settings. Please make sure the store has the correct longitude and latitude saved.
To update the longitude and latitude of a store you need to type the new address in-store edit page and then press the update button. Longitude and latitude will get updated according to the new address.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks

    1) it’s set to 99999 km

    2) they are all assigned and show up randomly, i.e. the category “germany” appears only every third reload.

    3) it’s set properly, they also show up randomly, i.e. I have three locations in turkey but only one or two appear. Same to China with six locations. It’s random.

    4) there’s only one map

    5) Google API is correct and working

    6) no use of Snazzy Maps

    7) both free version and paid version are up to date

    8) WPML is set to “not translatable” and therefore only one time existing for each location
