    Hi, I′ve tried to apply the grid review option but it doesn’t show in our platform. we tried using the shortcode but nothing, is there any way you can help me with it?

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Where do you add the grid review on your site? Please ensure the option Reviews Shortcodes is enabled in Reviews > Settings > Shortcodes tab, and you have some reviews on your site.
