Grid to slider layout for mobile

Hey all,

I have a page with a grid of case studies (images with some text on top), which I need to switch to a ‘1 at a time’ slider/slideshow when viewed on smaller devices.

I’ve been looking at Content Views Pro, which has the two layouts I need, but I’m unsure where I can switch the layout on the fly.

Is there a plugin that can do this?
