    Hi Peter,

What’s the GCal ID you’re using?

    Thanks.

Actually it looks like you have some script errors on your site.

What this means is most likely your theme and/or other plugins are causing a conflict with the GCal Events plugin.

I would suggest first temporarily switching to a stock theme like 2015. If that doesn’t work try temporarily disabling some other plugins that affect the public-facing portion of the sites, such as galleries and sliders.

Hopefully this will narrow things down.

    Hi Phil –

Having similar issues with my site as well.

    https://www.allentownpl.org

there’s two gcal IDs, [email protected] and [email protected]

Let me know if I can give any more info

Not seeing any script errors, and I’m having the issue logged in to wordpress and not.

    Thanks @knudlen.

Did you by chance test for theme and/or plugin conflicts? I suspect that may be the issue.

    Hi Phil,
We have done this drill together already.
All steps are taken, like @ or %40 in the emailadres.
Eliminating all plugins and working within the default 2014 theme.
    Nothing worked….

    Regards,
    Peter

    Gcal id is
    gsvwierden%40gmail.com
    or [email protected]

Please try if you can create a page with a working version with my gcal-id.

    see my public calendar on:

Sorry Peter. Didn’t catch the Gcal ID from the other thread.

Are you just using your email as your GCal ID?
    [email protected]

If so, is this the format Gcal gives you when you go to the calendar settings to view the ID?

Instructions here if you haven’t seen:

Yes Phil…as others also have told (and so did I) the gcal-id some of us have is different from the one you explain.

We don’t have a long gcal ID but just a regular emailadres…..

    See the screen dump:

    Hey Phil.

Disabled every single plugin but yours and tried on 3 different themes, 2 different browsers, 2 mobile devices and incognito mode. All of them had the same issue with the grid view widget.

We just pushed 2.2.1 to fix some issues with the CSS/JS and the calendar ID encoding. Please try updating to that and then let me know if you are still having troubles after that.

    Thanks!

    Nope…sorry…just updated….
Maybe some cache is still hanging here….so will look later again, but I just installed the updated version and have the same problem for now…

    my “list” view

But I still am not able to show data in the gridview

    @digirec,

What are you using for caching?

Your problem seems to be an issue with the JS. The hand shows up when hovering on some events, so the data is being pulled correctly (it seems) but the tooltips are not showing up for some reason. I do see a couple of errors in the console, but you have stated you already tested that and removed other plugins and it was still the same issue right?

    – I don’t mean caching on the webserver, but more in temp files on my laptop.
but now it is still the same, so that will not be it.

    – Yes i have tested without any plugin but the Google Calendar and tried this with the custom template…..

Did you also try it on a default theme?

I am seeing errors popping up in reference to this:

    <script type='text/javascript' src='https://www.gsv-wierden.nl/wp-content/themes/tfingi/javascripts/jquery.isotope.min.js?ver=1.5.25'></script>

Looks like it could be coming from your theme.

Also, just to make sure, you do have the “Show Tooltips” option checked in the feed settings, right?
