    Anyone have a clue on getting the shortcodes to work on regular pages? I really don’t want to go back to Shopp for this feature. Thank you.

    Has anyone fund a solution to this one?

    Wont work I’m afraid. The shortcodes are not really designed to be used for main site structure, use the WooCommerce product archives / categories instead.

    James-

    I am not sure what “use the WooCommerce product archives / categories instead” means. What about adding a filter to the function.php?

    add_filter(‘what_goes_here’, ‘do_shortcode’);

    I had issues with shortcodes for the front page of a theme and Scott W from Woo suggested the above code. Please advise.

    Thank you!

    I meant use WordPress built in functionality for displaying categories / archives. No need to pages / shortcodes.

    It wont work on a page with a shortcode as the toggle is hooked into the WooCommerce template actions.

    Can you provide an example for this, James, as i believe this is the answer to my other post regarding getting it to work in searc results etc pages.

    I figured that on regular pages it is – now obvious to me – not using the woocommerce loop but the regular loop.
