GrillTheme Demo Importer failed

I’ve installed the Zakra theme and the GrillTheme plugin, but when I go to Appearance > Demo Importer and try to install your Book Author demo package, an error message appears:
“Import failed: Unable to locate needed folder (tg-demo-pack).”
I’ve even tried other demos, but get the same error message with each.
I’ve checked my Host/FTP Permissions and everything is writable. I’ve had my host change the settings as instructed in this doc: https://docs.themegrill.com/knowledgebase/demo-import-process-failed/
Still nothing. Any help would be very appreciated!

You need ThemeGrill Demo Importer plugin to import Zakra demos. Please refer to this article for more details on importing demos: https://docs.zakratheme.com/en/article/how-to-get-starter-sites-for-zakra-theme-2s9cdk/
