    Hello,

    thanks for your great plugin.
In fronted your plugin perfectly adapts the net prices for different tax rates so that the gross price always stays the same.

Yet if I try to add an order in backend, this function is not working as expected. Every time the net price of my default shop country is loaded rather than the net price based on the shipping country that was set in the backend order.
This results that the gross price in the backend order is wrong and I have to adapt it by hand.

Could you please take a look at this function and see if you can accomplish the net price adaption for backend orders as well?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi there,

that’s right. This is due to a potential bug in WooCommerce. Woo uses either the current customers’ (currently logged in) or the base shop tax location – even in admin AJAX requests (e.g. adding new products to orders). This is of course not very suitable as the taxable location should reflect the actual order data (e.g. shipping address). I’ve added an issue via GitHub: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/30231

    Cheers

Thank you very much, in this case I understood where the problem is located.

Do you know any workaround that I could use in the meantime until the “bug” is fixed by WooCommerce?

No, I guess there is no easy workaround here as the functionality is deeply integrated within the Woo core.

    Ok, got it.
In this case I will wait and make adaptations by hand if necessary.

Could you please give an advise in this thread as soon as WooCommerce has given you an update about the issue?

    Thanks!
