Another customer here, discovering that the new Revenue Reports are out by 50% (when compared to actual Gross Revenue).

We’ve checked the settings and they appear correctly.

We do not have any custom order types… we do, however, use Gravity Forms within Woo Products for some items that require various option selections in the customer checkout process.

On another note, the customer reporting and download admin looked encouraging, however, we have 7000 Customers and it appears we can only download max 100 at a time. Not of much use.

  • Hello @aboutwebsites thanks for the feedback.

So off by exactly 50%, that is quite interesting. Does the 50% happen on all queries regardless of date range selected? I don’t think the Gravity Form customization would impact the reports in any way… it does seem like there might have been issues with importing legacy data possibly.

Do any jobs show up as failed here for you? /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=action-scheduler&status=failed

Indeed the CSV download currently exports the data that is within view. We have plans to allow the export of the full data set – you can see the plans for that here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-admin/issues/311

@aboutwebsites thanks so much for that info. Would it be possible for you to create a support/test account for me to check things out further?

Possible, however, we don’t know anything about who you are. This is a busy ecommerce site with live data for 10,000 orders. Obviously, providing access is something we tend not to do without really good reason.

    Very valid point.

If you want us to take a look, we could talk through a secure channel. Could you create a ticket for us through https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?

I would recommend creating a test/staging copy of your live site for us to test. You could do so with the help of a plugin like WP Staging https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ and pass along the administrator credentials to us in the ticket you create using https://quickforget.com/

This will help us in investigating and troubleshooting this further.

Let us know if that would work for you.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, I would create a ticket as Hari mentioned.

    Thanks!
