Gross sales metric

  • Hello!

    When looking at gross sales in Woocommerce for a specific month, I am wondering, what does “gross sales” include? Tax, shipping, refunds, discount codes?

    I just noticed that when comparing the e-commerce report in Google analytics to the numbers in Woocommerce, Woocommerce gross sales are around 100 000 SEK more than Google analytics revenue for the same month.

    We have had a discount code that has been used very much so I’m thinking it might have something to do with that?
