Group activity not being sent

I have tried same group schedule in demo site, it is working, below is a screenshot. Did you subscribe to group notification (inside group) like shown in screen shot…

to confirm whether you are subscribed to group , please check in device tokens tab for the token containing 2 exclamation marks followed by group id followed by 2 exclamation marks, in below screen shot 3rd token is group subscription

Tokens appear to be correct (user is opted into site alerts and group alerts).

I changed settings to be instant (not scheduled) and still not getting notifications. See screenshot:

After further testing, notifications for “only user activites” seems to be working correctly. The only thing not working is notifications of new group posts. User is opted in for notifications and group notifications.

I have analyzed, problem occurs when we use latest version of firebase api, if switch off latest version of firebase api in admin settings, it is working as expected using legacy firebase api. I will fix this problem and i will update you

seems like now I am getting post notifications for groups, but all comment notifications (even those not related to me or my groups)

Since latest version of firebase httpv1 api is based on topic/device group subscriptions(instead of tokens), I will try to resolve this in upcoming release. Legacy api is based on token array, so in old logic tokens are retrieved from wordpress database and filtered based activity author id and subscription user id. In latest version subscriptions are based on topic / device group subscription, i will resolve this by changing the logic for latest version firebase httpv1 for my activities – comment subscriptions (it may take some days, i need to find proper approach for this).

Due to some svn server issues with wordpress, newer updated version of this plugin PNFPB will be published later once svn issues with wordpress is resolved. Following link contains more details, WordPress team is working on this today, it is occurring for all plugins,
