Good morning, I have a question that may be easy to solve, when a customer makes a reservation on the same day and at the same time, with a maximum capacity of 40 diners, the emails arrive not individually, but in a group, making the company has to consult within the panel the number of diners belonging to each person since the reservation number is also the same for that group. This does not happen with everyone, since those who book another day and another shift and do not coincide with other people, appear individually. Is there any way to cancel this group option and that they arrive individually with their respective reservation numbers and independent information?
