Group condition restriction

Please provide screenshots of the group and filters from that group. Do you have any plugin that can restrict widgets/shortcode output using conditions?

My filter group (Main) is composed of: price, format, type of work and artists.

I’ve put a screenshot of the format filter configuration.

I haven’t installed any new plugins that could interfere with be rocket before the bug.

Is this page https://www.artetcadres.com/boutique-en-ligne/ a shop page or a category? Your conditions are set to show filters on shop, category, attribute and tag pages only. If this page is not set as one of them filters will not be shown.

The https://www.artetcadres.com/boutique-en-ligne/ page is considered to be the shop page. I tried unchecking all the pages and rechecking them several times but it didn’t work

If you mouse over the filter ID in the Berocket top menu on the shop page, a description should appear.

For example, in this screenshot, the widget is restricted by the page condition.

The message that appears on this page when I hover over Be Rocket is: GROUP Condition restriction 20051. I’ve unchecked all the conditions and the message still appears.

I’ve tested on another page and the filters appear correctly, so the problem is with my store page?

It can be cache related issue on your site, because plugin use same settings for all pages, but if page was cached when filters not displayed, then next time it will be same not displayed and cache must be cleared to update page with new settings.
