Group "Docs" tab is missing in fresh install

I have done a fresh install.
I am using WordPress 3.81
BuddyPress 1.91No other plugins. Although I had previously installed and then deactivated BP Group Documents.
I can create and view documents through the user menu but the “BuddyPress Docs” tab is missing from Groups.
Is this a known issue?
