• We have an online course that runs in cohorts and we set it up to where cohort 1(a group) is on a drip schedule and cohort 2(a separate group) is on a separate drip schedule.

Today for some reason the first group seems to have kicked back to the settings that should only apply if the user is not in a group. Today at 12:01am when that group was supposed to be getting access to their next week of content it all the sudden locked everything when the specific group drip schedule says that should have all been open. I went and changed the non-group user dates to today which opened everything back up. Yet the group-specific dates for that cohort are release dates from April and may so they should not have locked.

Is this common? This was not an issue until today with the cohorts.

Hi @kbradleyp24 , for anything related to Toolkit Pro, the premium version, it really helps us if you can log it from your account on our site; that way we can assign it to developers and ensure a timely resolution.

There are no known issues with this module. Are you using the latest version? Is the time zone for your WordPress site set to match your local time? How are users added to groups, and do you have anything else controlling course access at the post level, like a membership plugin? Any additional details you can provide about the context would help, and if you can log the ticket on our website that will really help in case we need access to a Staging site at some point.

Yes, I had just updated to see if that was the issue. The local time and release time is both EST. The users are added automatically when they purchase, but no one has been added to either group for a couple weeks.

Today is the first day that the second group started having content dripped to them, they got access to the first module “immediately” so it didn’t have drip set until today. But that cohort drip schedule looks good, not sure why that starting would mess up a previous cohort when I have double-checked all the dates and times in the group drip section.

No membership site where people can access, everything we have is individual courses.

It seems clear that group 1 is defaulting to the non-group users as when I change that, it affects anyone in the first group even though they also have a group-specific date.

    I will log a ticket
