Group labels not visible on the sign up form

I have different groups and I need to have most of my fields visible on the signup form but when I check “Signup”, it only adds the fields to the form but there’s so group title.

How can I have the title of each section visible on the signup form as it is shown on the personal profile pages?

Example:

I have one section called “Personal info” and the next section is “Your contact person info”

Both groups have the same fields but on the sign up form it looks like they are duplicates because there is no title to separate the 2 sections.

Any idea?
