That’s part of a great feature set I’d love to see myself. This is related to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/manage-users-2/ and other similar requests.

Currently what you are asking cannot be handled easily because the permission model for group management functions is too generic – as you can see in the Permissions section of this documentation page https://docs.itthinx.com/document/groups/setup/options/

Extending this to group-based management functions is quite a complex task, as I’ve already stated on similar threads, we’re working on it but can’t give an ETA yet.

What would be useful to know, is your interest focused on a single site, or do you plan to work with Groups more often in the future? I’m asking because the more potential interest we see in those features, the better we can prioritize and plan around it.

I see. So far, we only need it on a single site.

I imagine the group-based management can work as a role. Like in Marketplace, there are vendor role and staff role for each store. Vendor can only manage their staff but not other staff.

The issue with roles is that handling extended relationships is also not covered by them, they are also too generic AFAIK.

Unless in e.g. a Vendor system, those relations are established and related to an appropriate role and the Vendor system checks them.
