Group lists

    I think this is a new feature that should be included to the plugin:
    I would like to group lists, just to improve the user interface.
    Example:
    Geographic List Group:
    – City 1
    – City 2
    – City 3

    Food List Group:
    – Chinese
    – Turkish
    – etc..

    Grouping it would be a pretty way to create better mailing lists and more directed to the interest of the users.
