Group-specific Member Job Title

I’m using this plugin on a new website that will be listing several different Team Groups.
Some people are members of multiple groups.
I would like to designate the President of each group. But if I use the Job Title field for this, a person will show “President” for all of their groups and not just the one they’re actually president of.
I feel this may be beyond the scope of the plugin, but is there any creative approach to allow a team member’s title to show on a specific group display only?
