Group step category?

  • Is there a way to force steps but in a total of one category?

    For example, I have Item 1, Item 2 and Item 3.
    Item 1 and 2 are in Category 1, Item 3 is in Category 2.
    I want to force items in Category 1 to be purchased in steps of 4, but Category 2 can be purchased in steps of 1.
    I can set it to force the total cart to be steps of 4, but that won’t work.
    Can i set the category to force sets of 4 as a total of all items in that category in the cart?

    So if we have 2 of Item 1, and 2 of Item 2, it would be ok to purchase.
    But if we have 2 of Item 1 and 3 of Item 2, it would give the warning?
    And I can’t use the overall order Quantity Step due to Category 2 not requiring it.

    So is there a way to do a sum of all of one category in a Quantity Step?
