Group users have No Rights

  • I have updated WordPress from a Server2008 installation to a new Server2019 installation using IIS10, PHP 8, Mariadb 10.9.1, WordPress 6.0, and UAM 2.2.16. UAM always worked perfectly on the old server. However, UAM is not working on the new installation. Access for pages I want protected are selected for the group. The users I want to access those pages are set to that group, as well, yet, when the user logs in and selects those pages they still get “Sorry you have no rights to view this entry!”

    Any suggestions?

    I just saw the notice that UAM 2.2.16 has not been tested with WordPress 6.0. Unfortunately, the same behavior is occurring with WP version 5.93.

    Looks like a theme issue. Changed theme to 20/20 and it UAM works. Does not work with 2016, 2021, or 2022.
