+ and – buttons do not work to choose the quantity for each product in the listing and NaN always appears

I checked your site and could see the issue. This is not the default behaviour of though and is happening due to a conflict from either your theme or one of the installed plugins.

I recommend performing a conflict test as per the instructions here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4
