Grouped product does not save quantity after choosing variations

    Hello there.

    I’m trying to create a grouped product in my Woocommerce online store which is formed by a series of simple products and variable products too.

    I’ve found the following issue:
    1. First I choose the quantity of a simple product
    2. Then I follow the link to set up the variable product
    3. When it’s done, I return back to my grouped product to keep adding products to my chart, but I realized that the first product I pick up was not selected with any quantity.

    That means that you loose your previous selections when leaving the page.

    Do you know how can I fix this so that clients don’t loose their information?

    Could you share a link to your grouped product page so we can take a look?

    Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hello @claudia98,

    Thanks for sharing a link to your product page and your System Status.

    I noticed that the quantity field value of the simple products does not change when you hit the back button in the browser. Instead, when you click the “Volver a tarjeta regalo” button it goes back to the previous page, but since this action reloads the page, it is causing the quantity to reset.

    This button is controlled by the Elementor page builder plugin, and it also appears that you have the Pro version installed so I would suggest contacting the Elementor support team directly for further assistance – https://elementor.com/support/.
