  • Looks like there is a conflict somewhere.

    To track it down, deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce. If the problem disappears, reactive your plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.

    Sometimes an apparently inactive plugin can be having an effect. Rename the wp-content/plugins folder to rule this out.

    Switch to the default TwentyFourteen theme to be able to rule out a theme specific issue.
