grouping 10 images

Hi everyone – I wanted to make a page, or add to one of my pages or posts, a group of 10 images. These are all slightly larger than a thumbnail size, but smaller than the medium size. They are gifs, 150*190, 165*185, 123*186, etc. Anyway, I wanted to group them onto the page somehow, with some text interspersed within the images. What’s happening now is that they’re going into random locations within the page. Do I have to arrange them outside of WordPress and then add it as a single image ? Or ?
