Grouping Pages Together without Parent Pages

I just installed the plugin successfully. I’m unsure, however, whether one can group pages together that have no parent page. I am using the My Link Order plugin to order numerous pages in my sidebar – but none of those pages needs a parent page, since the plugin category has that function, so those pages, although grouped together in a list in the sidebar by My Link Order, are not so grouped in the CMS Tree Page View, since they have no parent page.

Is there any way to group those pages together in CMS Tree Page View without assigning them to a parent page?
