I think I’m a bit confused as to how the plugin works so forgive me if this seems obvious.

For most of the pages/posts on my site I want the plugins loaded normally, so I figured I’d just turn some off for a few pages. I was also going to set up a group which I could apply to five or so pages with similar requirements.

I figured I could just go on a page (after activating Selective Plugin Loading and Custom Post Type support) and turn them off. Then save the post. The plugins show as off (see link below) but they are still loading. Is this because the “Standard” button is on?

I don’t have any caching that might influence this (I turned it off for testing).

Am I doing this correctly? The mu plugin is correctly located in the mu folder…

Thanks in advance for any insights!

Well, I created a new page and the plugin worked as it should…

I checked in the PO_plugins database and the settings between the two pages are exactly the same. Plugins are correctly disabled/enabled on one, but not the other.

    Odd…

Any suggestions for debugging? I’m happy to try and trace things through myself but unsure how it all gets initialized

Solved. I believe it was part bug in the theme and mostly the fact that I needed to set the plugin to ignore query args.

    Thanks!
