Groups blocking Woo customer access to my-account page

    Hello there,

    I am using Woocommerce with Groups. I also have the Groups for Woocommerce extension. I have no groups restrictions on the Woo My Account page, however, when customers try to access it they get a 404 error.

    The page also does not appear in the nav menu where it does for admin.

    If I deactivate Groups it magically appears for the customer.

    Do you have any suggestions as to what this might be?

    Sounds like you have an access restriction in place for that page. Please check the box and remove any access restrictions in place.
