Groups can do that?

Hi,
i would like to create Group (ex. Marketing Department) and assign member to groups.
On this way member that belong to this Group must be able to edit own content and also content written by people that belong to the same Group…
I tried ur plugin, but i don’t think that can do this trick right?
Is not possible to achieve this without write everytime the capabilites restrictions in the post?Thanks
