Groups Description Not Displaying

    I’m having troubles displaying my group description. I had to go in and remove the code for groups info that displays description because when I had it active it went to a page that had the description box but the entry content missing.

    I made sure the groups had descriptions but was not working to display the inputed group description from creating a group or even modifying it after the group is created.

    The widget also did not display the group description either. Was just a box with a heading labeled “title” and below just blank space.

    Could you guys help me on how I could possible fix this? I’ve run out of ideas. Thanks! BTW awesome plugin!

    Please go to Appearance >> Widgets, and then add “Youzify – Groups Description” widget to the “Forum Sidebar Box.

    If the widget won’t appear, please try install Classic WIdgets and add Groups Description again to the Forum Sidebar.

    You must didn’t read the full message. I stated I’ve tried that already. Didn’t work. It shows the label “description” but nothing under it.. it is blank.

    Like the php is not connecting to it. I’m using buddyx theme but when I switch themes it works. So must be a theme conflict. Not sure why buddyx contains the conflict. Not sure what I should do.

    May I know what Youzify version do you use? And the Groups Description works without Youzify or not? Please try enable BuddyX, and then disable Youzify for temporary. And please see if the description show on BuddyPress or not.

    If the issue persist, so the issue come from BuddyX theme and I recommend you to report this to the theme author. ??
