Groups left behind Mysql database upon uninstall & deletion

  • Deleted the GROUPS plugin and the database and all its data is still in my Mysql including capabilities from another plugin I deleted. Which tables belong to this plugin so I can delete them manually? I’m assuming _groups_ Perhaps consider a clean uninstall scheme or some info in the documentation stating that the tables should be manually removed after plugin deletion to fully remove the plugin.

  • Hi HaloPinay,

    There is an option to delete all the plugin data on deactivation.
    Please install Groups again, visit Groups>Options on your Dashboard and check the option to delete data on deactivation. It is the last option.

    Then you can uninstall the plugin and all its data will be gone.
