Groups not changed after purchase

    Hi,

    Groups by itself won’t change groups based on a product purchase. Could you please indicate what you are using to sell the products?

    Hi,

    I am using woocommerce.

    Does that mean that after someone has bought the product, I’ve to change his group manually if I want to do that?

    Hi – look in Woocommerce > Groups settings and see if the Order Status says processing or completed. If your site orders doesn’t automatically go into a completed status, choose “processing”.
