I’ve been using Gsheet connector pro successfully to export Woocommerce orders with custom fields now for over half a year. Usually it works perfectly fine, however, every now and then, orders get randomly skipped and don’t show up in the google sheet. From looking at the order items, they don’t seem to have anything in common, so I’m not sure how to proceed to find out what’s going on.

What’s the best way to approach this?

    Hello @momokomay

Can you open a support ticket? Where we can provide you the files to debug in your environment and would be helpful for us to narrow down the issue.

    Thanks

Has there been any progress on this issue in the meantime?

Sorry to reply on a topic marked as resolved. I have the same problem for some months now. Some orders are not exported to Google sheets, while others are. Is there a solution for this?

Nope, this is still an issue for me, as well. I updated to the latest version, but this is still happening. Currently in the process of gathering logs and resubmitting the bug.
