Can you please share the tax settings generated for any of the tax slab generated via our plugin?
E.g.

You can find that under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > “xx% rates”

Also confirm you have enable the tax rate from WooCommerce Settings:

You have given the wrong screenshots.

Please select appropriate tax slab 5%, 10%, 12%, 18% or 28% from tax options & then compare with this settings:

You need to make sure you input your state shortcode (2 digit) instead of MH in my example.

Also make sure you this is checked.
